How do I order a container ?
All you have to do is go through the catalogue, write down the codes, quantities, and fabric selection (where applicable), and fax the information to us. In return, we will send you an order confirmation starting the lead time along with the total cost of your order. Once you have reviewed your order, make any necessary changes, sign your order and fax it back to us.

Can I choose what I put on my container ?
Absolutely! Just tell us which and how many items you want. If the item is not in our catalogue, but you know it is being produced in Indonesia, just send us a picture of the item, and we will do our best to add it to our product line.

What is the production time ?
Normally our standard production time per container is six ( 6 ) weeks. This however can depend on the items that you request. For instance if we have the items in stock we can ship much quicker, if the items require a lot of brassware the servicing can sometimes take longer. In Indonesia we also have many different religious holidays that can sometimes interrupts production times.
For customers with large orders we will work out a production schedule that suits your priorities and needs. With each order we can give you a very close estimate of just how long it will take to complete your order.

How do I export a container from Indonesia ?
It's actually very easy to import your own containers. We deal with only very reputable shippers and shipping lines and can give you quotations on exactly how much the freight will cost. The original documents are send via air courier directly to you to give to your local customs agent (of which there are many in every city all over the world). That company will then deliver the container to the address you specify. Our customers are also free to nominate their own shipper or shipping line.

What about taxes and import duties ?
Every country has different laws and regulations, so you will have to ask your local customs agent about that. Fortunately Indonesia is still classed by most of the world as a third world country and the import duties are nothing or very little.

How long do I have to wait ?
Well, that all depend on where you live. Normally you can calculate on 6 weeks until we pack your container then anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks transit time to most places in the world.

What are the payment terms ?
Our payment terms are an Irrevocable letter of Credit or transfer of 50% deposit and the balance once the container is packed and the bill of lading (shipping document) is faxed to you. Once we have received the balance the original documents are sent air courier to you.

What kind of finish do you offer ?
We offer polythur with shellac traditional finishes. Sample colour pictures will be available on our website soon.
